Campuran politetrafluoroetilena (PTFE) yang dimodifikasi dan timbal (Pb) 0,01-0,03mm, bahan tahan aus yang dapat membentuk film transfer selama operasi untuk melindungi poros penggilingan. Lapisan bubuk tembaga, 0,20-0,3mm, meningkatkan kekuatan penggabungan PTFE / Pb dengan lapisan lembaran tembaga, dengan kemampuan beban dan ketahanan keausan yang baik. Koefisien konduktivitas panas yang lebih tinggi dapat dengan cepat mengalihkan panas yang dihasilkan dalam proses operasi. Substrat tembaga 0,7 ~ 2,3, meningkatkan kapasitas bantalan dan transfer panas, dan memiliki ketahanan korosi yang lebih baik. |

| Karakteristik Aplikasi |
Selain keuntungan yang sama dengan SF-1, fitur berikut juga dimiliki: Karena tembaga itu sendiri memiliki kinerja mandiri, dapat digunakan untuk bagian yang membutuhkan waktu kerja yang lama dan tidak dapat dipelihara dengan ketahanan korosi yang lebih baik daripada SF-1. Dipakai secara luas untuk kesempatan asam lemah dan alkali, mesin pelabuhan, mesin kapal, industri baja metalurgi, jalur gulung persegi mesin pengecoran terus menerus, bagian cincin baja tungku suhu tinggi, pompa semén dan konveyor spiral. Hal ini dapat dikombinasikan di luar, atau dibuat dengan sisi terbalik, ujung, lubang dalam digunakan secara bersamaan gesekan. |  |
